Shipping and Delivery Policy

Physical products

Physical products are shipped after payment has been received to the delivery address provided with the order. The standard dispatch time is up to 5 business days, unless the product description states a different timeframe or identifies the item as a pre-order or made-to-order product.

Available delivery methods, their cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. Carrier transit time runs from dispatch and depends on the selected carrier.

Before placing an order, the customer should verify that the address, postal code, telephone number and email address are complete and correct. If a parcel is returned because of incorrect information or because it was not collected, reshipment may require payment of the additional delivery cost, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and product where reasonably possible and contact us at contact@nkutyla.com. The absence of a carrier damage report does not affect a consumer’s statutory rights.

Digital products

E-books and other digital files are not shipped physically. Access is delivered electronically after payment has been received, usually by email, download link or customer account.

If you do not receive the message, check your Spam, Promotions and Notifications folders, then contact us at contact@nkutyla.com and include your order number.

Training courses and Education Centre

Access to a course, recordings or community may be activated through an invitation to the Circle platform. Activation takes place automatically or after payment is confirmed, as stated in the product description. The access period is calculated according to the terms of the selected option.

For subscriptions, access remains active for the paid period and may be suspended when the plan expires, following cancellation effective at the end of the current period, after a refund or chargeback, or following a failed payment.
