Returns, Cancellations and Complaints Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

This policy sets out the rules for returns, cancellations and complaints concerning products purchased from the nkutyla.com online store. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Returns of physical products

A customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract for a physical product within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, send a clear withdrawal statement to contact@nkutyla.com.

After giving notice of withdrawal, return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards to the address provided in our confirmation. The customer bears the direct return cost unless the seller states otherwise.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the product’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Any amount due will be refunded no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notice. The seller may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Sealed products, hygiene and health protection

The right of withdrawal does not apply to a product supplied in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons. This applies in particular to products intended for consumption or supplementation where the seal or packaging has been opened or damaged.

E-books and other digital content

The customer may lose the right of withdrawal once delivery of digital content has begun before the end of the 14-day period, provided that the customer expressly consented to immediate delivery, acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal and received the required confirmation.

If digital content is not in conformity with the contract or there is a technical access problem, the customer retains all rights provided by applicable law and may submit a complaint.

Training courses, the Education Centre and Circle access

For a training course, membership or other digital service, the right of withdrawal may expire after the service has been fully performed or may be limited after performance has begun at the customer’s express request, in accordance with applicable law and the consents presented at purchase.

If access has not yet been activated and performance has not begun, a withdrawal request will be considered under the consumer laws applicable to the customer.

Subscriptions and recurring payments

A subscription may be cancelled with effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancellation stops future automatic charges but does not automatically refund amounts charged before cancellation.

Access remains active until the end of the paid period unless an earlier termination is justified by a refund, payment dispute, breach of access rules or other mandatory legal requirement.

An instalment plan for a fixed six-month access period is not necessarily a month-to-month subscription that can be ended at any time. The nature of the plan, number of instalments and total price are shown before purchase. Cancelling automatic renewal after the plan ends does not release the customer from instalments due for the access period already purchased where this follows from the terms accepted before the order was placed.

Complaints

Complaints concerning a physical product, digital content, service, payment or access should be submitted to contact@nkutyla.com.

The complaint should include the customer’s details, order number or date, a description of the issue and the requested remedy. Complaints are considered within 14 days of receiving a complete submission unless applicable law requires a different period.

If the complaint is accepted, the seller will provide a remedy appropriate to the type of product or service and applicable law, including repair, replacement, renewed access, a price reduction or refund.
